Welcome to Agent. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Your Duty as a Vendor

As a service provider signed in to Agent, your primary duty is to serve clients who request for your service with efficiency and offer the best of you.

You are to abide by the terms of our service, as it is the protocol of conduct our system is designed to operate that way.

2. How To Serve Clients

For a better and smooth service to clients do well to keep up to time. You get to be rewarded for customers satisfaction. Arrive at meeting point earlier before time to avoid bad remarks from clients. Do well to give quality services.

3. Security Terms

For the safety of you and your client do not meet in a lonely and suspicious environment. Do well to meet in an open and friendly environment.

4. Posting Fee

Note that Agent will not charge you for posting your product with us - it's free.

5. Vendor Payment Terms

Your Agent fee is 4.66% and every payment made here is final - no more extra payment should be made by tenants.

No payment can be made to you directly as a policy to keep you and your tenant safe - every payment is made in Agent (request for withdrawal anytime).

6. Communication Terms with Clients

Avoid being rude to any client. Respond politely with a smile. And if a client tends to be rude to you avoid returning rudeness and attend to them with a smile. Make every client feel special.

7. Client Meeting Scheduling

You are to meet with the client for inspection at the scheduled time and once.

Communicate with any client before going out for meeting. If client tends to be absent, reach out and know why, and agree for reschedule. If the client tends not to show up, keep trying to reach out for a maximum of 24 hours before reporting to Agent.

1. Payment Terms for Users

No payment will be made until you are satisfied with the inspection and the house suits your taste.

No more inspection fee. No more Agent Fee.

2. Payment Safety

Do not make any payment to a House agent, landlord or a caretaker - only make payment through Agent.

3. Transaction Receipt

We give you a receipt after a complete transaction as proof of rental to verify the apartment was from us.

4. Inspection Scheduling

You are to meet with agent for inspection at the scheduled time - do well to communicate before meeting.

5. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your account may be suspended or terminated for violating these terms

Vendor Verification

To become a verified vendor on Agent, you must provide valid identification including your NIN (National Identification Number) and supporting documents. We take your privacy seriously:

• Your NIN and identification documents are used solely for verification purposes
• All identification documents are permanently deleted within 48 hours of approval or rejection
• We do not store or share your identification documents with third parties
• Your data is encrypted and handled in compliance with data protection regulations

Product Listings and Sales

As a vendor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions and images of your products or services
• Honor all confirmed purchases and delivery commitments
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding your products or services
• Not list prohibited or illegal items
• Maintain fair pricing and not engage in price manipulation

Platform Commission and Fees

Agent charges a commission on each successful transaction to maintain and improve the platform. The commission structure is:

• Platform commission: 5% of the product price
• Transaction tax: 2.5% of the product price
• All fees are clearly displayed before purchase confirmation
• Vendors receive 92.5% of the product price after fees

Withdrawal Terms

Vendors can request withdrawals of their available balance at any time:

• Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours
• You must provide valid bank account information
• Minimum withdrawal amount may apply
• Funds from recent sales may be held in pending status for security purposes

Limitation of Liability

Agent acts as a platform connecting service providers and clients. We are not responsible for:

• The quality of services or products provided by vendors
• Disputes between vendors and clients
• Any damages or losses incurred during service delivery
• Actions of users outside the platform

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
